Elementene t\u00e5ler vekten av lekter og takpanel\/ plater med maks belastning p\u00e5 20kg per kvadratmeter. Etasjeskillet leveres i lengder p\u00e5 opptil 16 meter og kan spenne fritt opptil 10 meter, og minste totaltykkelse er p\u00e5 254 millimeter.
